室温合成Cu0.8Ag1.2S和Cu0.5Ag1.5Se纳米晶及X射线光电子能谱表征

摘要 在乙二胺溶液中室温下合成了三元化合物Cu0.8Ag1.2S和Cu0.5Ag1.5Se纳米晶。将Ag2O和Cu2O用聚甲醛还原为Ag和Cu,与单质S和Se反应得到产物。用X射线粉末衍射、透射电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱测试技术进行了结构表征,同时对产物形成机理进行了探讨。 Ternary compounds Cu0.8Ag1.2S and Cu0.5Ag1.5Se with high crystallinity were prepared at room temperature in ethylenediamine solution. The procedure included the reduction of Ag2O and Cu2O by polyformaldehyde, followed by reaction of fresh-produced Ag, Cu with S or Se. The products were characterized with X-ray powder diffraction patterns, transmission electron microscope images and X-ray photoelectron spectra. A possible formation mechanism was proposed.
