摘要
在邻苯二甲酸氢钾-氢氧化钠(KH5C8O4-NaOH)介质中,研究了Sb(Ⅲ)-KIO4-3-(2’-甲基苯基)-5-(2'-胂酸基苯偶氮)若丹宁反应体系,建立了测定锑的催化动力学荧光法。激发和发射波长为Aes/Aem=308nm/409nm,该方法的线性范围为1.67×10^-11~0.01×10^-6g/mL,检出限为1.67×10^-11g/mL,方法用于实际样品中进行测定,获得满意结果。
The reaction system of Sb (Ⅲ) -KIO4-3- (2'-methylphenyl) -5- (2'-arsenoxyl-phenylazo) rhodanine was studied in the medium of potassium hydrogen phthalate-sodium hydroxide, where a new method of determination trace antimony with catalytic kinetic fluoremetry was established. λex/λem = 308 nm/409 nm, the linear range is 1.67 × 10^-11 ~0.01 × 10^-6 g/mL, and the detection limit is 1.67 × 10^-11 g/mL. The method was applied to determine the real samples with satisfactory results.
