Dyeing and Finishing Bamboo Fibre/Cotton Elastic Corduroy by Cold Pad-Batch Process

基于竹/棉弹力灯芯绒织物特点,采用冷轧堆工艺进行染整加工(前处理和染色)以改善弹力织物在湿热处理过程中的折皱、卷边、擦伤和缩水率等问题。

Based on the features of bamboo fibre/cotton elastic corduroy, dyeing and finishing (pretreatment and dyeing) of the fabric is performed by cold pad-batch process, so as to minimize such problems as crease, curled edge, abrasion mark and shrinking usually caused during wet hot processing of elastic fabrics.
