摘要
拟定了高钛渣中快速测定TiO_2及TiC相分析的方法。将第一称样完全溶解于HNO_3-H_3PO_4中,在H_2SO_4-HCl-(NH_4)_2SO_4介质中用铝还原钛成三价,重铬酸钾滴至中性红蓝色终点为TiO_2+TiC的含量,第二称样控制温度<280℃仅溶于H_3PO_4,余法同前,测得结果为TiO_2含量。差减后得TiC含量。
A simple and rapid method has been developed for titrimetric determination of Tio_2 and TiC in high-titanium slags. One slag sample iscompletely dissolved by treatment with 15ml of H_3PO_4 (d=1.70) on addition of 1—3 ml of HNO_3, Ti(Ⅳ) is reduced to Ti (Ⅲ) by aluminium foil in a medium of H_2SO_4-HCl-(NH_4)_2 SO_4.And Ti(Ⅲ) (for TiO_2 plus TiC)is titrated with K_2Cr_2O_7 (0.025N)titrant using neutral red as an indicator. The second sample dissolved in 15ml of H_3PO_4 is titrated for TiO_2 by the same titrant and indicator.The method is applicable to phase analysis of TiO_2 and TiC in high—titanium slags.
