摘要 大庆油田第九采油厂的多数区块属于低产、低渗透油田。论述了在油田开发中,低产、低渗透油田注水系统的特点及存在的问题。介绍了第九采油厂依据各油田开发的不同特点,形成了一系列适合不同规模、不同油藏特点的注水工艺配套技术,围绕节能降耗推广了注水压力系统及管网优化、注水泵节能改造、大排量5S柱塞泵的应用等多项配套工艺技术,使注水单耗呈逐年下降的趋势。 Most blocks of No.9 oil-production plant in Daqing oilfield were low-yield and low-permeability oilfields. Different characteristics and different problems of waterflood system existed in different blocks in the development of oilfields,so that a series of technologies suitable to waterflood system of different sizes and different reservoi characteristics were formed in the No.9 oil-production plant. A lot o auxiliary technologies centered on the energy-saving and utilitie consumptions lowering were popularized,such as water injection system and pipe network optimization,improvement of water injection pump,and application of 5S plunger pump. Various consumptions pe cubic meter of injected water declined year by year.
