摘要
利用XRF测定了坳岭瓷石的化学组成,其中SiO2含量为66.16%,K2O和Na2O分别为3.36%和1.13%,含着色离子钛、铁的氧化物较少,仅为0.02%和0.74%。借助XRD和FT-IR分析了瓷石的矿物组成,主要为石英、白云母和钠长石,其含量依次为61%、30%和9%。根据DTA-TG分析,并结合矿物组成分析了瓷石在加热过程中的热效应,结果发现,在1200℃钠长石和白云母等已分解、熔融烧结,仅残余石英晶相。坳岭瓷石1300℃煅烧后的物理性能如下:烧成白度为51.6,烧成收缩为9.8%,抗折强度为390.1MPa,吸水率为0.35%,显气孔率为0.42%。
Chemistry composes of ao-ling pottey stone was mensurated by XRF. The content of SiO2 is 66.16%, contents of K2O and Na2O are 3.36% and 1.13% respectively. The contents of bepaint titanium ion and ferreous oxide only 0.02% and 0.74% respectively. Mineral compose of the porcelain stone were mensurated by XRD and FT-IR, the main minerals are quartz, white mica and albite, the contents are 61%, 30% and 9% respectively. Heat domino offect were researched according to analyzed results of DTA-TG and its minerals compose. At 1 200 ℃, albite and white mica were decomposed and quartz was remained only. After burned at 1 300 ℃, ao-ling pottey stone has such physical chatacters: white degree is 51.6, shrink ratio is 9.8%, flexural strength is 390.1 Mpa, moisture ratio is 0.35% and apparent porosity ratio is 0.42%.
