脑损伤患者血清肌酸激酶及乳酸脱氢酶同工酶的分析与临床应用 被引量:9

摘要 为探讨肌酸激酶(CK)同工酶及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶在脑损伤疾病诊断中的应用,使用日立7060全自动生化分析仪,酶偶联法检测肌酸激酶,速率法测乳酸脱氢酶,法国SEBIA全自动电泳仪琼脂糖凝胶电泳法测定79例脑损伤性疾病患者的肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶及同工酶.研究发现:脑损伤后5天内,患者血清CK及LDH总活力显著升高(p<0.05);CK—MB、CK—BB随着病情的好转而降低直至恢复正常;LDH同工酶LDH_1、LDH_2、LDH_3、LDH_5在第一天和第二天有显著性变化,24h内LDH_1、LDH_2、LDH_3显著下降(p<0.05),LDH_5显著升高(p<0.05).血清CK及同工酶、LDH及其同工酶的测定对脑损伤患者的诊断和预后判断均有重要意义. Objective To study the application of CK isoenzyme and LDH isoenzyme in diagnosing the head injury. Methods: Using Hitachi7060 automatic analyzer and enzyme-speed method to detect CK and LDH respectively, and the agarose gel in France SEBIA automatic electrophoresis system is adopted to analyze CK isoenzyme and LDH isoenzyme. Results: Compared with normal, the serum CK and LDH has significantly increased for head injury patient (p〈0. 05), CK-MB and CK-BB decreased as conditions improved and lower to normal, LDH1 ,LDH2 ,LDH3 decreased (p〈0.05) and LDH5 increased(p〈0.05) significantly in 24 hours . Conclusions: The detection of serum CK and LDH isoenzyme has great significance in head injury diagnosis and treatment.
