国土资源电子政务环境下土地储备交易系统建设研究

Research of Urban Land Transaction and Banking Information System Under the Circumstance of Land and Resource E-government

根据国土资源电子政务平台和土地储备与交易业务的特点,提出国土资源电子政务环境下土地储备交易信息系统建设的总体框架和基本建设思路.系统的建成,实现土地储备运作相关部门各种土地资源信息共享,提高交易工作的办公效率和质量,并促进公平、公开、公正土地储备交易环境建设.

The appearance of urban land transaction and banking（ULTB） policy in China is the result of rapid development of land use system reform and urban land market. The computer information system is necessary for effectively carrying out the actives in ULTB management. In this paper, an overall framework of ULTB under the circumstance of land and resource E--government is described in detail. The implement of the framework will be beneficial for ULTB management and improve equity, publicity, justness of ULTB actives.
