基于GIS技术的城镇建设用地扩展范围预测方法研究--以重庆市南岸区为例

摘要 在对南岸区人口和建设用地指标科学预测的前提下,采用GIS空间分析技术,通过指标因子网格空间模拟,采用综合指数法求取网格综合城镇建设用地适宜性指数;以地理事物相近相似原理,以城镇建设用地需求规模为控制,以地理信息系统为支持,通过网格合并预测城镇建设用地规模范围.研究表明:采用基于综合城镇建设用地适宜性指数的计算机自动获取建设用地范围边界,具有较高的科学性和实用性,可为土地主管部门和土地利用总体规划建设用地布局提供决策支持. Under the target science forecast premise to the Nanan area population and the construction, using the GIS space analysis technology, through the index factor grid space simulation, using the synthesis exponential method to seek grid to synthesize the cities construction to get the suitability index; Taking the geography thing close principal of similitude, using the demand scale by the cities construction as the control, taking the geographic information system as the support, through the grid merge forecast the cities construction scale scope. The research indicated that, based on synthesizing the cities construction by using the suitability index computer automaticly gained construction scope boundary that has the high scientific nature and the usability, and may use the layout for the land department responsible for the work and the land utilization overall plan construction to provide the policy-making support.
