摘要
太极拳是我国一项优秀的民族传统体育项目,是一种柔和、缓慢和轻巧的拳术.太极拳对机体的各个器官有良好的调节作用.练习时要求意识引导动作,配合均匀而深长的呼吸,长此以往可以疏活人周身的筋络,促进血液循环,增进机体各系统的功能;还可以使人的精神得到调整,促进身心的发展,同时它可作为一些慢性疾病患者医疗体育的手段,有较高的保健价值.
Shadow-boxing, an outstanding, traditional Chinese sport, is a kind of gentle, slow, and deft boxing, which can well regulate human organs. Its exercise is guided by consciousness in conjunction with even, deep breath. A long-term exercise can dredge channels and collaterals of human body, promote blood circulation and enhance the functions of different parts of organism; it can also help achieve spiritual balance and do good to both body and spirit. Moreover, shadow-boxing can serve as a good cure to various chronic diseases, thus it is of great healthy value.
