摘要
以汉宜高速公路旧水泥混凝土路面的沥青加铺工程为依托,采用室内试验的方法,对STRATA应力吸收层+Superpave 12.5混合料复合小梁与Superpave 12.5混合料小梁进行了抗疲劳对比试验;应用ANSYS软件对含有STRATA应力吸收层的沥青混凝土加铺层和未设置应力吸收层的结构在车载作用下的疲劳寿命进行了评估。试验和数值模拟表明,STRATA应力吸收层能有效地增强水泥混凝土路面沥青混凝土加铺层的使用性能,提高高速公路的使用寿命。
Based on Han-Yi highway maintenance project, this article carried out the laboratory test, a anti-fatigue comparative test about the trabecular with STRATA+Superpave 12.5 and the trabecular with Superpave 12.5. On the basis of this, the fatigue life under traffic load of the structure containing STRATA stress absorption layer of asphalt concrete overlay and that of the structure without stress absorption was assessed by ANSYS software. The experiment and the numerical simulation indicated that the STRATA stress absorption interlayer can effectively enhance the operational performance of asphalt concrete overlay pavement and enhance highway's service life.
