摘要
道路平面交叉口既是交通节点,也是事故多发点。针对影响城市道路平面交叉口整体水平的各个因素,从交叉口基础设施与管理、交叉口运行效率和安全性3方面,运用层次分析法建立了基于通行效率与安全的城市平面交叉口的综合评价体系,并对重庆市的5个交叉口进行了综合评价,其结果能够较好地`反映实际情况。
Road intersection is the traffic node, as well as the accident-prone points. After an analysis of overall level of the various factors affecting urban road intersections operation service level, from the intersection of infrastructure and facilities along the configuration, intersection operating efficiency and safety, this paper uses PHA(the Analytic Hierarchy Process) method to set up an comprehensive assessment indictor system and evaluation procedure for intersection based on current efficiency and safety. Finally, an example of five intersections assessment of Chongqing Municipality is carried out, and the results well reflected the actual situation.
