摘要
为了在工程中更好地对成本和进度进行控制,通过挣值法的基本原理,结合公路桥梁工程实践,从进度与成本控制方面引进挣值法进行综合分析,探讨工程施工降低成本的有效途径。
In order to control the cost and the progress, through the principle of earned value method, combining the highway and Bridge practice, the paper introduces the earned value method for comprehensive analysis from the aspect of the progress and cost control to discuss the effective way for the reduction of construction cost.
