兔波氏杆菌病病原的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of the Pathogen of Bordetella Bronchiseptica of Rabbit

从不同日龄病、死兔的肺部病变组织中分离到３株细菌，经形态特征、培养及生化特性、药敏试验以及动物接种回归试验等，结果表明，分离的３株细菌都是有鞭毛、能运动、无芽胞的革兰氏阴性小杆菌，在血平板上呈β溶血，在包－姜氏基上能产生棕色色素，且能与兔支气管败血波氏杆菌参考菌株Ｓ８０１０３抗血清发生凝集，用波氏杆菌参考菌株Ｓ８０１０３免疫过的兔不能抵抗波氏杆菌分离菌株的攻击，发病死亡，并且可从死亡兔体内分离到相应的细菌，而用波氏杆菌分离菌株Ｂｒ－Ｓ９５免疫的兔全部获得保护。

Three strains of bacteria were isolated from lung tissues of infected rabbit with the different age Tests of morphology,culture distinguishing,biochemisery,pathogenicity and antibiotic sensitivity showed the bacteria were Bordetella bronchiseptica with a type of movable,nonendosporous,gram negative,tiny bacillus The brown pigment colonies and β hemocytolysis were produced on the Bordet-Gengon (B-G) medium and the blood agarThe bacteria could agglutine with antiserum of Bordetella bronchiseptica of the reference strain (S80103)Infected by Bordetella bronchiseptica of the isolated strain (Br-S95) the rabbits immuned with inactive vaccine prepared from the reference strain (S80103) couldn’t protect against infection with the isolated strain (Br-S95),but all the rabbits immuned with inactive vaccine from the isolated strain (Br-S95) could protects
