家兔皮癣病病原菌的分离及鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Pathogenic Microorganism of Dermatomycosis in Oryctolagus Cuniculus Domestica

从永川、荣昌、江津等地养兔农户中发生的兔皮癣病病例中采取病兔皮屑、被毛，采用沙保弱氏培养法（ＳａｂｏｕｒｏｒｄＣｕｌｔｉｖａｔｉｏｎ）进行分离培养、真菌学鉴定，结果表明，病原菌系石膏样毛癣菌（Ｔｒｉｃｈｏｐｈｙ－ｔｏｎｍｅｎｔａｇｒｏｐｈｙｔｅｓ）和絮状表皮癣菌（Ｅｐｉ－ｄｅｒｍｏｐｈｙｔｏｎｆｌｏｃｃｏｓｕｍ），其发病率分别高达３３．３％和１０％，对皮康圣、三酸合剂敏感。
