部分血型基因与疾病的相关性研究进展
摘要
目的:研究人类红细胞血型系统基因多态性与各种疾病的相关性。方法:回顾性分析了在不同研究人群中各种红细胞血型基因多态性和血型抗原功能与疾病的相关性研究。结果:部分红细胞血型基因多态性与多种疾病存在相关性,表达血型抗原的分子所具有的不同功能可能是疾病发病机制中的重要因素。结论:需要深入研究红细胞血型基因作为疾病遗传标志或相应抗原分子参与疾病的发生发展等机制,以利于疾病早期诊断、治疗和预防。
