冈2麦芽千粒重和蛋白质与浸出物的关系 被引量:1

摘要 1992~1994年3年间对冈2麦芽千粒重和蛋白质与浸出物的关系进行了分析探讨。认为,浸出物随着麦芽千粒重的增加而增加,37g以上明显开始下降,浸出物在麦芽蛋白质10%~12%之间和13%以上时.随蛋白质的增加而明显价低,12%~13%之间不受影响。
