新时期高校统战工作对象范围大、分布广和流动步伐加快、思想状况更趋复杂、政治诉求增强及领导干部调整快、变化多等各种热点难点问题的出现,要求我们不仅要认真探析问题,而且还要积极思考对策、解决问题。一要着力加强和改善党对高校统战工作的领导;二要着力推进统战工作"三个转变";三要着力打造创新型统战干部队伍;四要着力加强校园网络建设和管理。

Many problems related to united front work at universities arise in the new era. They are extension of working objects , widening distribution, swift flowing, complicated ideologocal state, stronger political appealing and etc. In this ease, we need to strengthen CPS＇s leadership of the united front work, to populated ＂three changes＂, to establish creative united front work leading group and to strengthen the construction and management of the campus network.
