摘要
利用美国贝尔德公司ICP2070型单道扫描光谱仪,测定了贻贝中铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、镉(Cd)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)等6种微量元素,其检出限分别为:3、3、3、2、5、1ug/L,用贻贝标准样品对照,单项测定数据完全在给定的标准值波动范围之内,分5批测定的重现性,其相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为:10.5%、2.8%、1.6%、2.6%、2.6%、2.5%。试验中采用改进的硝酸-高氯酸湿式消化法,自制的消化管控温消化、ICP光谱法顺序测定,简化了样品前处理步骤,消化时间缩短到3h以内;单样测定6种元素,只需不到5min,缩短了测定周期,并且数据准确可靠。
A method for analyzing microelements in mussel is introduced by using Sequenttal inducthely Coupled Pthema(Seqentinl ICP). Opthoum conditions for measuring sixkinds of elements (Cr,Cu,Zn,Cd,Fe and Mn )detenmined. The mussel sample was digestedunder controlled temperature with nitric and perchloric acid. After dteestion for 3 hours,thedection of all the sir elements in a sample took only 3 to 5 mintes. The values of elementscontent detected with this method in a standard sample were in the range of standard values. The detection liInit was 3 、 3 、 3 、 2、 5 1μg/L respecthely. The reproducibility(RSD)of data ftom five measurements in different days was 10. 5%、 2. 8% 、 1. 6%、 2. 6% 、 2. 6%、2. 5%.
