试论大学生网络释压的问题与矫正

网络释压是当前大学生释放心理压力的主要形式,网络的特点和功能使其成为大学生释放心理压力的最佳场所。但网络释压的同时,也容易导致一些问题,比如:对网络的过分依赖、价值信仰的偏离、道德行为的庸俗化及网络环境的恶性循环等。通过开展网上思想政治教育、培养大学生良好的自我网络行为、建立良好的网络秩序和建设网络宣传舆论阵地等措施,可以有效地矫正这些问题,引导大学生正确地通过网络释压。

Releasing pressure through internet is an important form in the process of undergraduate releasing their pressure. The traits and functions of internet make it become a most suitable location. But releasing pressure through internet can cause some problems easily, such as depenging on internet thickly, departure of value and devotion, philistinism of moral and a vicious circle of internet environment, eet. Through developing idea and polities education in interact, cultivating favourable self- internet behavior, founding nicer network order and constructing ntework propagandized position and so on, we can rectify these problems effectively.
