Nowadays the charitable report of the media is not systematic. This pattern has already made the media become ＂the charity organization＂. This is the misplacing of the media, and it is the reader＇s misunderstanding too. In order to play its role, the media should lead and construct social cuhure, coordinate the society, combine the function of the society, explain society, thus reduce the difficulty that people hold to the whole society. In the charitable report, it is extremely important to build the consciousness of constructing in the current society.
