摘要 大型混流式水轮机座环现场加工,实质上是制造厂加工工作在现场的延续。虽说座环现场加工占有了机组安装的直线工期与增加了现场工作量,但它消除了蜗壳焊接与混凝土浇筑产生的变形,更重要的是提高了机组安装的精度。文章阐述了座环现场加工的两种方法,并进行了比较,认为局部锪平加工的方法是我国大型机组值得推广与借鉴的一种新方法。 The site machining of stay ring for a large Francis turbine essentially is the continuous work of the factory machining.Although the site machining of stay ring occupies the time limit for the project and increases the expected amount of site work,it eliminates the deformation caused by spiral case welding and the concrete pouring,improves the unit installing accuracy.In the paper,two methods for stay ring ma- chining in site are introduced.By comparing,the partial milling method is regarded as a new method that is worth to be promoted and used for China's large units.
