摘要
文中根据国家关于勘察设计招标投标的相关规定,对水利工程勘察设计招投标的特点及投标策略进行了探讨,有针对性地提出了具体意见和建议。
Based on the national regulation of survey design bidding, this article has studied on the characteristics and strategies of hydraulic engineering survey design bidding, and put forward some corresponding opinions and suggestions.
