摘要
文中分析了项目成本管理中存在的问题,提出应建立和完善项目成本核算的管理体制,抓好成本预测、预控,选择、使用好劳务分承包方,加强材料管理,注意提高项目承包班子的整体素质,科学改进项目成本核算制度等,以降低工程成本,增加企业经济效益。
The paper analyzed the problems in project cost management. It proposed to build up and perfect the management system of project cost accounting, grasp cost prediction and pre-control, choose and make good use of sub-contractor, strengthen materials management, enhance the quality of all the contractors, improve the system of project cost accounting so as to reduce engineering cost and increase the benefit.
