摘要
通过1995年6~9月对乳山湾的综合调查,初步摸清了乳山湾海水、底质及贝类体内砷的分布。该水域内砷的浓度范围为0.72~6.80μg/L,其平均值为1.9μg/L;底质中砷的含量范围为5.0~9.6mg/kg,平均值为7.77mg/kg;菲律宾给仔和牡蛎体内砷的含量平均值分别为2.66和2.04mg/kg;在底质中砷的分配系数为4787,在菲律宾蛤仔和牡蛎体内砷的累积系数分别为1615和1234;与其他海湾相比乳山湾海水、底质以及贝类体内的砷含量较低。
Results of 6 comprehensive investigations(in the Rushan Bay east valley fromJune to September in 1995)on the distribution of arsenic in the surface seawater, sediment andshellfish preliminarily showed that arsenic concentration was O. 72μg/L to 6. 80μg/L (mean ofl. 94μg/L)in the seawater,arsenic content was 5. O mg/kg to 9. 6mg/kg(mean of 7. 77mg/kg)inthe surface sediment and that the mean contentS of arsenic in short-necked calm and oyster were2. 66 and 2. 04 mg/kg resppectively. The Partition coefficient of arsenic in sediment, and thebioaccumulation coefficients of short-necked calm and oyster were 4787, l6l5 and l234 resPec-tively. The c0ntents of arsenic in the seawater,sediment and the shellfish were l0wer than those inthe other marine bay.
