摘要
目的:了解青阳参片中化合物的结构。方法:对青阳参(萝藦科)根茎的乙酸乙酯提取物(即青阳参片),用柱层析的方法分离,得到的纯化合物再用光谱方法测定结构。结果:分离出2个新的C21甾体苷,每个都有7个单糖残基。结构被分别确定为:告达亭3-O-α-L-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-α-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-α-L-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→4)-α-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-2-脱氧毛地黄吡喃糖苷(1);和告达亭3-O-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-α-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-α-L-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-2-脱氧毛地黄吡喃糖苷(2)。结论:青阳参片中的C21甾体苷1和2,由一个C21甾体苷元部分和一个3-OH取代的糖链组成,7个单糖残基组成此链,糖残基为2-去氧己糖和葡萄糖,糖间的所有连接为1→4连接。
Objective:To investigate the structures of compounds in Qingyangshen tablets. Methods:The acetic ether extracts from the rhizome of Cynanchum otophyllum Schneid (Asclepiadaceae) was isolated by column chromatography, and the structures of the purified compounds were determined By spectral method. Results: Two new Celsteroidal glycosides were isolated whose structures were determined as caudatin 3- O- α - L - cymaropyranosyl - (1→4) - α - D - oleandropyranosyl - (1→4) - α - L - cymaropyranosyl - (1→4) - β - D - glucopyranosyl - (1→4) - α - D- oleandropyranosyl - (1→4) - β - D- oleandropyranosyl - (1→4) - - β -D - diginopyranoside (1), and caudatin 3 - O- β - D- cymaropyranosyl - (1→4) - α - D- oleandropyranosyl - (1→4) - α - L- cymaropyranosyl - (1→4 ) - β - D - glucopyranosyl - (1 →4) - β - D - oleandropyranosyl (1→4 ) - β - D - cymaropyranosyl - (1→4) - β - D diginopyranoside (2), respectively. Conclttsion: C21 steroidal glycosides 1 and 2 in Qingyangshen tablets are composed of a C21 steroidal aglycone moiety of the 3 - OH substitution and a sugar chain. This chain consists of seven sugar residues which are 2 - deoxy - hexose and glucose. All linkages between them are 1→4.
