摘要
目的:分析评价改良腹腔镜下子宫全切术的疗效及安全性。方法:应用改良方法对70例患者进行腹腔镜下子宫全切术,观察手术情况、手术时间、术中失血量及手术后患者腹痛及阴道出血的变化,术后随访(2—8)周。结果:所有手术均取得成功,痊愈出院,手术时间平均68.4分钟,术中出血平均35mL,术后住院时间(4—5)天,术后8周已无明显自诉不适及阳性体征。结论:该手术安全有效,可明显减轻患者术后发热、腹痛、减轻创面的炎性反应。因此该手术具有良好的临床推广价值。
Objective:To evaluate the security and efficiency of hysterectomy operation by application of improved laparoscopy. Methods:Hysterectomy was performed in 70 patients by improved laparoscopy and the operating time, bleed and relative status in patients were recorded, followed up for 2 to 8 weeks. Results: The hysterectomy operation under condition of improved laparoseopy is excellent for patients and there is a shorter operating time (mean 68.4 min. ) and less bleed (35mL) with no discomfort and complications. Duration of the follow -up survey, the patients had a good status. Conclusions: Use of improved laparoscopy in hysterectomy can relieve pain and infective occurrence; it is a useful way and is security in clinic.
