摘要
通过分析GIS项目风险的产生原因、特征、管理现状,提出结合GIS项目特点进行主动的风险管理,采取风险识别、风险分析、风险计划、风险跟踪和控制等一系列活动,降低项目生命周期中风险发生的机率和影响程度,避免危机发生,确保GIS项目顺利达到既定目标.
Mosu of GIS project managers take remedial management as the solution for crisis, wiich may cause a passive situation. On the contrary, by the analysis of the causation, characteristic and status of GIS project risk, taking the of initiative in risk identification, risk analysis, risk response planning, risk monitoring and control in implementing process of GIS project, so as to reduce the probability and infection of risk, to avoid crisis.
