摘要
该文分析了流程管理理念产生的历史原因,并对价值链、旅游业流程、旅游价值链分别进行深入的阐述,并探讨了旅游业流程模型的构建及其在旅游业中的应用.
In this paper, a process management is proposed tracing the rise of the value chain, the flow of tourism, tourism conducted on the value chain, and the analysis of tourism flow model in the tourism in- dustry in application.
