摘要
对于磁记录介质,记录噪声与晶粒间磁相互作用相关。ΔM是表征磁记录介质晶粒间磁相互作用的重要参数。首先介绍了它的理论依据和意义,接着阐述了通过振动样品磁强计测量样品的等温剩磁(IRM)和直流退磁剩磁(DCD)曲线,经过对测量数据的处理和计算获得ΔM曲线的方法和步骤,讨论了影响ΔM测量的相关问题。最后应用该方法测量了两种TbFeCo薄膜样品的ΔM曲线,定性比较分析了薄膜晶粒间磁相互作用的大小和类型。
It is well known that recording media noise is strongly dependent on intergranular exchange coupling. △M is an important parameter for the characterization of intergranular magnetic interaction in magnetic recording thin films. First, this paper introduced the theoretic background and significance of △M. Secondly a measuring method for △M, in which △M curves were obtained through IRM and DCD curves measured by using VSM and simple computation, and furtherly, the issues on some factors affecting △M measurement were discussed. Thirdly, we measured the AM curves of two types of amorphous TbFeCo thin films and analyze qualitatively the intensity and the type of intergranular magnetic interaction.
