摘要
随着永磁电机生产技术的发展,对磁瓦倒角尺寸的均匀性、倒角纹理方向的要求越来越严格。国内现有的倒角方式已不能适应这种新要求。本文分析了现有磁瓦倒角方式存在的问题,提出了解决相关技术难题的方法,介绍了一种能达到磁瓦倒角均匀、尺寸一致性好、生产效率高、使用成本低,达到国际先进水平的JS6070四工位磁瓦倒角磨床。
The development of permanent magnet motor technology has resulted in more restrictive requirements for the chamfering consistence, chamfering texture direction of arc magnets, and the present domestic chamfering method can not meet this new requirements. This paper analyzes the problems of chamfering method for arc magnets, and proposes a way to solve the key technology. A world advanced level Model JS6070 4-Station chamfering grinding machine for arc magnets is developed with consistent chamfering and magnet size, high production effciency and low operation cost.
