摘要 以S3C2410为核心控制器,嵌入式RTLinux为操作系统,实现了智能充退磁装置的恒流充电控制,提高了系统控制精度。在15-20A的充电电流范围内,精度可达土1%。介绍了系统的硬件结构,恒流充电控制实现原理,软件部分的相关驱动实现,建立了基于QT/Embedded的人机接口界面。 Apparatus for magnetization and demagnetization with constant charging current control is designed based on S3C2410 core controller and embedded RTLinux operating system. The accuracy of the system is improved, with an accuratcy level of ±% in the charging current range of 15-20A. The hardware structure, principle on constant charging current and corresponding software-driving are presented, then human-machine interface based on QT/Embedded GUI is established.
