概括介绍了SHG-51245目前国内最大混合机的结构特征。本文就混合机的传动方式齿轮传动进行了详细计算,对齿轮模数的确定进行了计算校核,对同类产品的设计具有深远的指导意义。
The gear driving is one of the most important mechanical driving. For the heavy mixing equipment, the lifetime and strength of bull gear and pinion must be one of the most important factors for designing. This thesis discussed the bending strength of gear root, and made the conclusion that it is reasonable to use the module of gears to review the parameters.
