化工企业加强施工队伍及人员安全管理的探讨

Discussion on Strengthening the Safety Management of the Construction Teams and Constructors in Chemical Enterprise

化工企业设备检修、改扩建过程中经常需要外来施工队伍协作,然而外来施工人员大多是农民工且流动性大,给施工企业安全生产带来了隐患,因此笔者提出从外来施工队伍和人员的入厂开始进行严格把关,采取安全培训教育、现场监督检查等手段加强外来施工人员的安全管理,从而减小事故的发生。

The overhaul, reconstruction, extension of the equipment in the chemical enterprise often need the cooperation of external construction teams, usually made up of migrant workers with strong liquidity, thus bringing about some hidden dangers to the safe production of the enterprise. Aiming at this situation, this paper proposes the safety management by examining the quality of the external constructors when they arrive at the factory, strengthening their safety training and education, supervising their work on the spot and so on.
