摘要
以单片机AT89C51为控制核心,由四相直流步进电机、发光二极管和七段数码管组成了4层电梯仿真系统,采用了软件与硬件相结合的方法,达到了对步进电机的有效控制,能够使电梯在1到4层之间运转,准确定位.采用10个独立式按键输入.电梯运行状态全程显示.步进电机驱动电路自行设计,采用光电耦合器进行前后级隔离,有效提高了步进电机的抗干扰能力.
The system uses a microcomputer AT89C51 as control core to build a 4 - floor elevator simulation system which consists of a 4 - phase DC step motor, LED and 7 - SEG display. The design combined software and hardware which made effect control of DC step motor. The elevator can move up and down and accurately stop at the fight floor. It adopts ten isolated keys for input. The movement of the elevator are displaying in all way. The actuation of the step.motor was designed by oneself. PV coupled devices were used to isolate the front circuits and back circuits, which decreases interference effectively.
