普通高中学生体育学习目标设置能力现状的调查研究

摘要 目标设置是学生"自主学习"过程中制定学习计划和进行学习监控的开始部分,只有制定了合理的学习目标,才能使学习计划顺利地进行下去,并且在学习过程中根据所制定的目标和学习情况,调整学习计划和学习方法等.普通高中学生在体育学习过程中的目标设置能力分为任务分析、自身能力判断和结果预期三个部分,通过分析,发现了其中存在的问题和不足,并提出了合理的建议.
