Analysis on Primary Frequency Regulation of Generator Units in Guangdong Power System

对发电机组一次调频性能的关键参数进行了研究,详细论述了调节死区和相对调差系数的特性,对调节死区和相对调差系数的设置进行了探讨。针对广东电网某500kV直流送电线路双极闭锁引起的频率波动事件,通过数据整理分析,计算出系统频率偏移系数,分析了网内发电机组一次调频动作情况和起到的作用,指出目前发电机组一次调频管理仍存在的问题,并提出了改进建议。

This paper analyzes the key parameters of primary frequency regulation of generator units. The characteristics of regulation dead-band and relative regulation coefficient are described in detail, and the settings of regulation dead-band and relative regulation coefficient are discussed. According to the event of one 500 kV DC power transmission line in Guangdong power system, the frequency deviation coefficient of the system is calculated, and the functions by primary frequency regulation of electrical generator units within network are analyzed. The existing problems of current management of primary frequency regulation are pointed out, and the improvement suggestions are also provided.
