Operating Characteristic Analysis of Local Power Plants in Shenzhen

从启停性能、调峰能力、黑启动性能等方面出发,分析了深圳地方电厂的运行特性。同时,通过对运行经济性的分析指出进行电热冷联供、发展分布式能源系统是地方电厂的一个重要发展方向。

In this paper, the operating characteristics of local power plants in Shenzhen, China are analyzed from such aspects as start-stop performance, peak load adjusting capacity and black-start ability. Upon analysis of the working economic efficiency, it is pointed out that developing distributed energy system with electricity-heat-cold united supply is an important developing direction for local power plants.
