摘要
为提高烟气温度,有效地消除机组烟囱出口白色烟气及"石膏雨",台山发电厂结合自身设备的实际情况,提出了利用锅炉二次热风加热脱硫后烟气的新型改造方案。介绍了该方案的基本原理,分析了该方案的经济性、主要参数的确定以及对机组的影响。通过与其它烟气加热技术的比较,指出该方案的优、缺点和实施可行性。
To raise the flue gas temperature and effectively eliminate white flue gas at the chimney outlet and "gypsum rain", a new transformation scheme to heat the desulphurized flue gas by secondary hot air of boiler is presented as per the actualities of Taishan Power Plant. This paper introduces the fundamentals of the scheme, analyzing the economical efficiency, the determination of main parameters and the influence on the unit. By comparison with other wet flue gas emission techniques, the merits, drawbacks and feasibility of the scheme are indicated.
