交流润滑油泵振动故障原因分析及处理

摘要 针对某电厂交流润滑油泵电机顶部振动异常的问题,通过不同运行工况的测试,分析了产生振动异常的原因,主要为不平衡激振力、结构刚度不足以及结构设计问题等。为此,采用现场高速动平衡的方法对油泵振动故障进行了处理,降低了电机顶部的振动,并提出了进一步减小油泵振动幅值的方法。 In view of the abnormal vibration at the top of the AC lubricating oil pump motor in a certain power plant, the reasons for the abnormal vibration were analyzed through tests under different operating conditions, which mainly included unbalanced excitation force, inadequate structural rigidity and problem in structural design. By way of on-site high-speed dynamic balancing, the vibration fault was treated to lower the vibration at the top of the motor. A method to further decrease the vibration amplitude of oil pump was put forth as well.
