摘要
新一轮的经济发展高潮,引来电厂建设又一次大规模发展。随着火电厂建设向亚临界、超临界、超超临界大容量高参数机组发展,对电厂四大管道提出了更高的要求,一直以来,电厂四大管道都完全依赖进口,特别是P91钢、P92钢高温管道。资源的紧缺制约了发展,目前,电厂基建大量使用国产P91钢管道,由此带来一系列问题和深刻教训,为此,以现场处理和接触的一些实际问题进行分析并提出处理措施,使国产P91钢管道更高效、安全应用。
This paper describes the development background of domestic P91 steel pipeline and the gap between domestic and imported P91 steel pipelines. Existing problems of domestic P91 steel pipeline are indicated, which include uneven metallographic structure and behaviour, poor control of form tolerance, and conspicuous machining defects. Upon failure case study, corresponding solutions are presented in terms of the origin identification of the four major pipelines, professional technical appraisal and welding analysis, so as to enable safer and more efficient application of domestic P91 steel pipeline.
