应用葡萄糖氧化酶-过氧化物酶-邻联二茴香胺偶联反应动力学方法测定痕量钯(激活剂)与钒(抑制剂) 被引量:7

摘要 Pd(Ⅱ)可加速葡萄糖氧化酶-过氧化物酶-邻联二茴香胺偶联反应的反应速率,并使试液转变为橙红色,其灵敏度要比无Pd(Ⅱ)存在时增高。本文确定:痕量钯(Ⅱ)可当作激活剂用动力学分光光度法来进行测定。校正曲线范围。激活%~C_(pd)(Ⅲ)为1—9μgPd(Ⅱ)/10ml。也发现,V(V)能降低这个偶联反应的反应速率,故也可当作抑制剂进行测定,校正曲线范围:抑制%~Cv(v)为5—100μgV(V)/10ml。 Pd(Ⅱ) can accelerate the reaction rate of the coupled reaction of glucose oxidage-peroxidase-o-dianisidine system,and the colour of the solution was changed to orange red. It was affirmed that trace of Pd(Ⅱ)can be determined as an activator by kinetic spectrophotometric method.The linear range of the calibration curve [activation%~C_(Pd) [Ⅱ] is 1—9 μg/10ml.It was also found that V(V)can decrease the reaction rate of the coupled reaction,so it can be determined as an inhibitor,and the linear range of the calibration curve[Inhibition %~C_(Ci(v))(V)]is 5—100 μg V(V)/10ml.
