摘要
领导者有六种主要角色。以这六种主要角色归类为平台,结合领导者在管理中的实践可知:领导者是学习教育和实践经验的产物。领导者必须通过不断加强学习,积累和掌握理论知识,积极了解相关领域动态,努力进行领导开发,在实践中总结提高,才能胜任组织中的领导者角色。
This paper summarizes six main role classifications of the leaders on the basis of the theory. Using the six main role classifications as the platform, to integrate the managment practice of the leaders, we get the final conclusion: the leaders are the products of the learning teaching and practicing the experience. The leaders have to know about the movement of the relative area actively ,make the development of the leading hard, summarize and improve in the practice by enhancing learning accumulating and managing the knowledge of the theory, then they can be competence for the leaders' role in the organizations.
