消费是人类社会经济活动资源组成部分,是社会生产和生活持续发展必不可少的环节之一。我国作为发展中国家应建立实施适度消费的现代消费观,不但要坚持发挥科学、合理的消费对生产的积极作用,使消费合理化,而且要按理性的方式运行,来帮助人们确立适度的消费观,进一步促进社会生活的繁荣和生产的发展。

Consumption is an important part of social economical activities.And consumption is one inevitibal factor of the continued development of social production and making a living.As a developing country of China,we should have suitable opinions of consuming, we should make consuming not only play an active part in production, but also make consuming operate in the right way.We do that in order to promote the social living flourishing and develop our production.
