The Research of Obstacles and Countermeasures of Enterprises' Participating in Vocational Education

校企合作发展职业教育是一种理想的办学模式,体现了职业教育的发展方向。但现实中企业参与职业教育存在一定障碍,从影响企业参与职业教育的动因分析,可以有针对性地提出解决对策。

School-enterprise cooperation in the development of vocational education is an ideal mode to run a school. It reflects the direction of vocational education＇s development. But there are some obstacles in the reality. This article analysis the enterprises＇ motive in participating in vocational education,and put forwards some countermeasures in connection with the obstacles.
