摘要
文中对辅导员的权力性影响力和非权力性影响力的内涵及二者的关系作了简要的阐述,说明了高职辅导员非权力性影响力的作用,提出了提高非权力性影响力的途径。
This paper explains what instructors＇ authoritative and inauthoritative influences mean and the relationship between them, points out that inauthoritative influences have great effects, and brings forward measures to enforce inauthoritative influences.
