摘要
建立了烟气脱硫吸收塔的三维有限元分析模型,并给出了确定模型参数的原则和方法,对600MW电厂烟气脱硫吸收塔进行结构计算分析。得到了塔体的振型、周期等自振特性;通过这些动力特征,了解了该类型吸收塔结构的刚度分布情况,分析了加喷淋管与不加喷淋管对塔体结构的自振特性的影响;最后根据数值分析结果对吸收塔结构的设计提出了一些建议,为该类工程结构的设计提供可靠的依据。
The finite dement 3 - D model of smoking desulfurization absorption tower is established in this paper. The principles and methods of determing model parmneters are discussed. Structural analysis of the smoking desulfurization absorption tower of 600MW power plant is carried out. The natural frequency and vibration mode of the absorption tower structure are computed. Based on the dynamic properties, the stiffness characters of this complicated structure are studied. Then the differences in the vibration mode between the structure with spray pipes and that without spray pipes are discussed. Some suggestions on the structural design of the tower are prese.nted based on the numerical results obtained, which are significant for the seismic design of similar structures.
