摘要
目的:研究影响茜素抗氧化活性的因素。方法:用微量法分别考察DPPH浓度、DPPH加入量、反应时间和光线对茜素清楚DPPH自由基能力的影响。结果:DPPH浓度和加入量与OD值均呈线性关系,相关系数r分别为0.9995和0.9979,OD值与反应时间呈负相关,相关系数r=0.9665,光线对结果有极显著性影响,可增强茜素对DPPH自由基的清楚能力。结论:DPPH浓度、DPPH加入量、反应时间和光线都是影响茜素抗氧化活性的重要因素。
Objective: To study the influencing factors of antioxidant activity for Alizarin. Methods: The influence of the concentration and addition of DPPH the reaction time and light on antioxidant activity for Alizarin were investigated with microplate assay in vitro. Results: Both the concentration and the addition of DPPH were linear correlation with OD value, the coefficient correlations of which was 0. 9995 and 0, 9979 respectively, OD value was negative correlation with reaction time, its coefficient correlations was 0, 9665, Light had an extremely significant influence and could enhance the scavenging activity of DPPH free radical for Alizarin,, Conclusion: The concentration and addition of DPPH, reaction time and light are all important influencing factors of antioxidant activity for Alizarin.
