高职校内实践教学基地建设初探

A Study of Practical Teaching Bases Construction for Vocational Higher Education

建设高质量的具有仿真性生产现场职业训练环境的校内实训基地,是培养应用性高技能人才的重要条件。高职院校校内实训基地的建设思路是:一要满足全校相应专业开设的液压与气动技术课程教学需要,二要具有很强的仿真能力,真实体现工业生产的现实场景,三要充分考虑到教、学、做合一的需要,合理布置实训设备。建设模式应该是一种自己创立的、符合高等职业技术教育的特点、与现代工业化环境相一致的实训室。教师应注重提高自身的示教能力、科学指导能力和安全意识,只有这样才能取得良好的实践教学效果。

Setting up a high-quality training base on campus with the environment of simulating production site for professional training is the major conditions of cultivating high-technical and skilled talents. The ideas on the construction of training base on campus in vocational colleges are as follows; first, it is to meet the needs of all the relevant professional creation of the hydraulic and pneumatic technology teaching; second, it has a strong simulation capability and reflects the real scene of industrial production; third, the needs for combination of teaching, learning, and doing should be fully considered and training equipment should be reasonably arranged. Construction model should be a kind of training site, which is of self- creation, according with the characteristics of vocational higher education, being in line with the modern industrialized environment. Teachers should pay attention to improving their own teaching ability, scientific instructive ability and safety awareness, only by doing so, can good practice teaching effectiveness be achieved.
