银杏达莫治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Yinxingdamo Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy:curative effect observation

目的:观察银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将82例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,对照组采用复方丹参注射液治疗,治疗组采用银杏达莫注射液治疗,治疗两周后观察患者症状和体征改善情况,并测定治疗前后胫、腓总神经传导速度。结果:治疗2周后,银杏达莫注射液治疗组对改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状、体征的总有效率为82.93%,较对照组43.92%有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:银杏达莫注射液对改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状体征有明显疗效,患者的神经传导速度明显增快,是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有效方法之一。

Objective：To observe the Yinxingdamo injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect. Methods：82 cases of peripheral neuropathy in diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group used Fufang Danshen injection treatment, the treatment group used Yinxingdamo injection treatment,after two weeks the observation of treatment in patients with signs and symptoms improve the situation, and the treatment of before and after the tibia, the common peroneal nerve conduction velocity. Results：Two weeks later, Yinxingdamo injection in the treatment group to improve the peripheral neuropathy in diabetic patients with clinical symptoms and signs of overall response rate was 82.93%, 43.92% than the control group there were significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Yinxlngdamo injection to improve the peripheral neuropathy in diabetic patients with clinical symptoms and signs are obvious effect in patients with nerve conduction velocity increased significantly faster, is the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and is one of the effective ways.
